It is such a joy to walk with Our Precious Lord and Savior! Here are special memories from the last couple weeks:

• Hearing the much-needed rain pounding on my window as I drifted off to sleep.
• Hanging streamers and taping up balloons for a surprise birthday party for Sarah!
• Having the pastor announce at church that I was from West Virginia but wore shoes!
• Walked into Robert’s office just as he threw his hands up and said “Yea!” He had just made a breakthrough on his IT project.

• A scrumptious dinner at Robert and Kendalyn’s house with Daniel before going to the park to play soccer. (I caught the soccer ball once between my knees with my skirt and hopped into the goal! They didn’t count the score even after all that extra work and creativity.)
• Playing the violin with Mandie, Melody, and Barbara.
• Communicating with 2 Spanish girls that were here to go on the Spanish Journey to the Heart. We carried on about a 1/2 hour conversation even though we hardly knew each other’s language!
• Saying “Good afternoon, IBLP Headquarters, how may I direct your call?” for the first time. Now I can fill in for the receptionist if need be.
• Seeing the Lord open the door to meet with the Principal of a private school!
• Taking the ladies on a shopping trip.
• Watching a young lady muster the courage to call home and openly share with her parents what she had done!
• Calling home and hearing about the salsa and pickles they have been canning.
• Going out to lunch with Kendalyn and Sauntina.
• Greeting Barbara when she arrived for a visit.
• Having ice-cream with the Kwon family after watching them play in the orchestra.
