Pure Honey – it’s in!

We have harvested our first batch of pure, raw West Virginia honey this year and are now excited to be able to offer it for sale at the online family store! When we almost ran out this spring and had to ration our use of honey, the kitchen crew was forced to try and figure out how to make things with white sugar. But now we are back in stock – and now is your chance to get some too! At this time we are shipping the adorable 6-ounce squeeze bears only. While supplies last we have both spring honeysuckle and the darker poplar honey available. Other quantities in glass jars are available for pick up at the house or at the Salem farmer’s market on Saturdays. If you have any questions, or for possible delivery in the very near future to Indianapolis IN, Chicago IL, Red Deer Alberta, Brandy Station VA, or Greensboro NH feel free to contact us!

What a great picture!! I like how the light shines on the honey, did you all take the picture?

Thank you for asking Sarah and the answer is a resounding Yes–what you see is what you get.
Thank you for the reminder from Solomon as well Michael. If ever there was a natural combination of sweetness and health, it’s honey. I hear stevia may be a close second and I will look forward to hearing more about that at a later time. For now I too am greatly enjoying this tremendous God-given harvest.

Nothing quite as beautiful as seeing the sunlight shine either through honey or olive oil. Nice picture!
