Celebrating Christ’s Resurrection!
Before heading home to the welcoming hills of WV for Easter, I had a fabulous visit with a good friend of mine, Sarah Brown. Here are some of things we did together in Chicagoland:
Then we arrived home sweet home and had a grand Easter celebration with Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Tim:
WOW!! What an AMAZING trip!! Thank you SO MUCH Esther!! I don’t think I could say that enough!! I had SO MUCH FUN at HQ!! WOW what can I say……. It was life changing!! I am excited to be back on the mission field and to be a bright light to all those around me!!Thanks again for EVERYTHING May the Lord Richly Bless you and your family!! Lots of Love Sarah!!
(P.S. Thanks James for driving the hours back home and all of the great conversations the three of us had)
We always enjoy reading of your activities and travels. God bless you Staddons.
Looks like you had fun! I cannot believe Sauntina went on a ferris wheel! Quite honestly, I get kind of freaked out on that wiggly, wobbly, 100,000 feet above the ground machine of slow, torturous motion(well not quite 100,000 feet up, but you get my emotion:). Scccaarryy!
I loved seeing the Drake! I guess God is bringing things through with everything!
We loved seeing your family a few weeks ago, nice seeing all your faces again!
Patience
Picture number 2: Reminds me of the disciples watching Christ ascend into heaven. “Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” Very appropriate for Resurrection Day! (even though the ascension was at least 40 days after the resurrection.)
Were those pictures taken with your new camera?
Yes, Donald! They were taken with the new camera that Daniel gave me. 🙂
Nice to see a picture of Mr. Garvin. How is he doing?
