Christmas ’06

{Cmas} Everyone together for ChristmasThis Christmas is one I hope never to forget! Everyone was here, from David to Donald to Dad. No one was missing. Even Grandma and Grandpa Brannon were able to spend the whole day with us.

{Cmas} The World History Conference on DVD!Mom and Dad really went out of their way to surprise us too.  They purchased very useful gifts which we as a family will be able use throughout the entire year. From pencils and head lamps to several books and over 30 hours worth of messages on DVD, there was something for everyone. We will be learning all sorts of things about entrepreneurship, ancient history, prayer, Christianity in China, vocabulary, and much more!

As the photographer of the family, I had a fun time capturing the expressions of surprise and gratefulness. For me, this year’s Christmas was a meaningful time to witness the love that each family member has for each other and for Jesus Christ!

Very good pictures James! My favorite one is the first one. It was such a cozy morning bursting with anticipation and joy.
Emma said she liked the last picture. The new tablecloth Mom got for Christmas really sets it off!

I agree with you, Esther, that first picture does look so cozy by the fireplace. And Emma’s right, too, the family around the table picture is a great one as well (except for poor David, who must not have gotten the smile signal in time =)). I really like the great expressions you captured, too, James. Fun memories!

Happy New Year Staddons! From the looks of everyone’s faces, there was a lot of fun had on Christmas day in the Buffalo Calf hollow. The pictures perfectly captured what must of been the overall theme of the day – wonder, excitement, and discovery! Behold how good it is when brethern (and sisters) dwell together in unity! Enjoy those History DVDs. Those messages have been of great inspiration to each one of us! Blessings to each one.
