Looking Unto Jesus!
This was the encouraging theme of the 2014 Family Conference. I appreciated the conference on a whole new level this year since I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to go. Not only was it a fabulous time with the family, reunion with friends, time to meet new friends and a chance to praise the Lord through song, but it was a time of spiritual renewal that revealed the next step for how I personally can look unto Jesus and enter into that joyful abiding in Him every moment of every day!
A HUGE thank you to everyone who made it possible and to the Lord who gives not only eternal but abundant life.
Praise the Lord for each person we crossed paths with during those three short days. The focus was also clear and I appreciate the speakers who shared their hearts. God bless us to keep our focus, “looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith”.
It was certainly work working the bees in the rain so that I could make it to the conference again this year! God is doing so much in so many people’s lives! His truth is marching on!
It’s always so much fun to attend a conference with the family; not only am I re-connected with the folks I know, but I get to meet new people that are connected with all my siblings!
