Independence Day Duet

Happy Independence Day! Here is a patriotic duet that Clayton and I played at the Nashville ATI Regional Conference last year. My hope is that it will inspire everyone who listens to apply the promise of II Chronicles 7:14: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” Enjoy!

Hi Robert! I’m so glad you put this up! 🙂 I would have been in the kitchen at that point so I did not get to hear it, although I did hear alot of comments about it! I need to attend a conference one of these times when I can go to a session lol. My family sure was blessed by the entire conference. PTL!

    Robert & Clayton,

You two are truly gifted by the Lord. I thank God I was able to hear you in person practice for this duet. I only regret I couldn’t be there in person to see the actual performance. But this video is still a great video! I loved your playing and I thank you (Robert) for posting this. It truly blessed my soul. God’s richest blessings be with you both. Hopefully, Lord willing, I will be able to hear more of it live! 🙂

Take care and God richly bless.

Thanks for the encouraging words, guys! Clayton is so much fun to play with and his immense creativity is a real inspiration to me. And I’m so grateful for all my Mom’s faithful piano lessons over the years! She is a very patient teacher who has influenced our whole family with her contagious love for music. 🙂

Wow! That is so great. I am uplifted to see two young men play not only so well but music that lifts up my spirit and glorifies the Lord. I am so grieved, that somehow the two girls I homeschool, my daughter and niece have taken the ways of the world and worship music that brings my spirit down.

Suzanne, I’m so sorry to hear about your daughter and niece getting mixed up in worldly music. I will pray for them. Do you think they would be at all open to taking a week to seek the Lord on a Journey to the Heart? I am not aware of any problem that a closer walk with Jesus cannot transform. 🙂

Thank you for your encouragement and we pray that our music may always uplift the spirit and glorify the Lord!
