Happy Valentine's Day, Mom! What a great poem! Genuine love is all about giving and you and Dad are great examples of that. May your love continue to grow deeper and stronger in the year ahead!

Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Staddon for being an example of loyalty (the bonding of individuals in a long-term commitment of sacrificial support and defense) in an unsupporting world. May the Lord continue to bless you and your family!

How special.
Donald mentioned in his post on the Mayas how important the family unit is to the success of a culture, but the family is defined by how strong the marriages are and the husband-wife relationships.
I am so blessed and grateful to be a son of the author of such a beautiful poem.

That is a real Staddon original! I remember that winter when you both went to Mr. McHenry's house in the city of Salem to drop off the trailer he let us use. I really like the second-to-last stanza. Its like a triangle; the closer both of you grow toward the Lord, the closer you both come together.
