Daniel goes to Indianapolis

Daniel headed off to Indiana this week with our friends the Elliots. They will be attending a week-long Counseling Seminar at the Indianapolis Training Center.
With Michael and James also away at Life Focus, our house is going to seem really empty this week. But we’re excited for him as he receives practical counseling instruction from many well-known Christian leaders. Study hard, Daniel!
I really miss Daniel. Especially at lunch time because he and I make lunch together. I’m glad that he is not going to be away too long!
It was great having Daniel here for a few days as well as Mr. Eliot and Joseph! We did not get to talk too much but the time we spent together was sweet and made me a little home-sick. Dispite our earnest persuasiveness, they escaped before we could get them in Dish Pit.
Daniel, we hope the Counseling Seminar was a help to you in your walk with the Lord. We are glad you came.
James and Michael have been a tremendous asset on the Life Focus team, although they don’t always stay out of dirty situations. Ask them to tell about demolishing an old oil burner chimney at our local church. James took pictures, I believe. It’s been great having them here.
The week was indeed an encouraging one. I truly learned a lot (though I couldn’t keep from having a little fun on the way) and am looking forward to applying the truths I learned.
P.S. I heartily recommend this course to everyone who desires to deepen their walk with the Lord (and even those who don’t!)
